As you know, these are very difficult and trying times. Many of us are struggling for the first time and need your help. Aside from being able to change the due date of the bill for those of us who cannot pay, what other options are available? Changing the due date said it takes 2 billing periods for that to take place, so that will not be much assistance. Also, I have mine set to autopay, I do not want the payment to draft, so if you end up drafting it anyway, are you going to return the funds? I appreciate your response and any assistance Comcast can extend to show its commitment to its customers during this difficult time.
