Contract renewal frustration

I have been with Comcast for 30+ years and also felt that received excellent service until today.  I needed to call to this month before promotional contract ends and after 30 minutes with Eric got somehow transferred to another to Miguel and had to start over and after another 30 minutes got disconnected.    Then after calming down I called again and got  Edgar.   He quoted me more than both Eric and Miguel and when I asked why was told Eric probably from the loyalty floor and that is why able to quote less than his quote.  I requested to be transferred to loyalty floor and after going through everything again she quoted me even higher monthly price and said best I was going to get.  They wore me down.  So angry and felt beyond frustrated and taken advantage of.
