Constant billing problems for three months and six phone calls to place account on seasonal hold..

We live in a group sales community for Comcast with aprox 1000 door knobs... I placed my account on seasonal hold... that would be the tv and internet which I own the router... for three months and six phone calls the entire account is still a mess with supervisors who won't return phone calls... one of the absolute worst customer service experiences ever... and every one of the people I have talked to over the many hours or explaining and re explaining the problem has not solved the problem yet they continue to bill and bill with late fees of course because I owe nothing..
