Confusion about current Internet pricing and connectivity
Currently confused about my pricing. Showing Performance and Blast as two separate charges. We did not sign up for a Blast charge/separate charge. In addition, we are showing a wireline maintenace fee, of which I don't ever remember us signing up for on our account.
One other concern is that we are constantly getting device resets. In other words, our connected devices are randomly timing out with our Comcast modem quite often forcing our devices to either hard reset (unplug them/re plug back in) or closing connected streaming apps (i.e. from fire stick) and re-opening them. Tends to happen later in the evening (post midnight), but still is happening.
