Charged for returned equipment

I just recently upgraded services which included getting a new Main TV box. My first self install kit arrived and was just one of those Adapters. I hadn't had a new box since 2011, so I activated thinking it was the new box. I then find out I have the wrong equipment, and then have the correct Main box sent.


I returned my orginal box, and the adapter that was sent on accident and the return is in process. My problem is my next bill is now charging me for all 3 of these items when I never asked for one of them, nor ever had them all connected simultaneously.


I know the return takes time to process, but I am worried that this will be a monthly battle with these charges.
