I don’t get this. I cancelled the service in the day that was recommended by your phone rep to avoid termination fee and guess what I STILL get charged the fee. You want to know why your customers don’t trust you? This is exactly why.
If there was still any time left on your contract at the time you canceled you would owe an early termination fee, regardless of what the rep told you. This is stated in your contract.
