Charged Twice each Month for the Past 3 Months (Visa Chargeback)

I always pay my bill on time. There has been problems with the billing for the past 3 months. I would pay my bill online on time and then a few days later.. the payment would come back as visa chargeback. Comcast would notify me that my payment is past due and I would have to pay my bill for that month again. This is making my bank statement to show two payments for a month. Because of this, I am disputing to my bank for every month that I have been charged twice. So far I have won all my disputes with my bank.

 

I have both called comcast and my bank and none seems to know what is causing this problem.

 

How do I fix this problem?
