I was having issues with my internet not working even though nothing was wrong with my modem. I called Xfinity and the tech reset my modem, which didn't work. I was told that the signal strength from the above ground polls which is a Comcast issue was not strong and could possibly be because they've never been replaced. I was told they were going to send a technician out for support and was specifically told that I would not be charged for the visit. During the visit I was also never told I would be charged for anything. Weeks later I look at my bill and see a $60 charge. My recent promotion ended and I'm already paying an extra $20 per month and now I'm being lied to about my fees. I called Xfinity after seeing this to dispute the charge and was told they would look into it and call me back in 24-48 hours. Guess what? I've received no call back and I'm done with Xfinity for all these lies.
