I am disputing service call which has been added to my bill for a phone that was not working and numerous calls to have reset never worked. Techs came and after many attempts it has finally been fixed. It was a problem on your end and I SHOULD NOT have to pay for your mistake.
I was unable to get phone service for over 4 months for which I requested a refund for 4 months phone service and only got an added service call for my problem. I have called and sent e-mails to NO avail. Can you HELP?
