im not able to chane my plan online or when using the chat...i went into the store and was giving higher prices that was offer to me online...my contract ran out and i just wanted to switch my plan to the $150 plan with the 1gig speeds and all the channels...just about the same plan i have now...i want to do a 2 year contract...any help??
