Changes to lastest bill

I just received my latest bill for my internet service, and the cost went from $61.62 to $110.60. What gives? If a promotion has ended for my account, how can I get my bill back down to the $61 range. Paying $110.60 for home internet is ludicrous. Please let me know what needs to be done to reduce my bill.
