Change in service, two calls later bill has not changed...

One month ago we cancelled our TV service and our bill has not changed.  We've called Comcast customer service twice and have been assured the bill will change.  We paid what we were told would be the outstanding amount.  Our outstanding balance is past due by 5 days and still has not changed.

 

What are your recommendations for fixing this issue?

How long before our internet service is cut off due to non-payment?

You probably won't see an update until your new bill is generated.
