All I need to do is change my billing address to the current service address. All the links just take me to a page where I am unable to edit the billing address, and I'm not moving - I don't want to change the existing address where I receive service. All I want to do is change the billing address. Please help!
Have this same issue. It's incredible how difficult Xfinity is to do business with. Ask their "chat assitant" and they direct you to the same page that doesn't allow you to change your billing adress. Oh, well. I guess when the post office quits forwarding and returns the bill to Xfinity they'll try to figure it out.

If you can't get through on chat, call them at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast. You can't do this yourself, you need to have a Comcast rep do it for you.
