Cant view/pay for bills.

Cant view/pay for bills.

When I try to access my billing information for my account I get this message: "Thanks for your purchase, Christopher!

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." Its been like that for a while now and I want to know when my bill is due so I can be prepared. Any idea how long this takes?
