I cannot view my bill, I receive a "restricted access" message. Can this be lifted so I can view my bill?
Are you signing in as the Primary?
To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup
Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.
It says my account is no longer active. It looks like Comcast needs to do some setup on their side. It's the correct account, I'm receiving service and I receive e-mails when the bill is due. Thanks though
