Hey, this is Evan from MASS. My family used to use the internet service till last month. When we moved out and cancelled the service, we were informed the bill of the last month was coming. But when I tried to pay the last month's balance today, I cannot find the bill pay option on my account and when I used the one-time payment by my account number, the page showed "restricted section" and I still coundn't pay it. Just wonder how can I pay the last month's bill. Thanks.
I am running into the same exact issue as you. My account has already been deactivated, when I try to pay bill it also says "Restricted Section" I really hope they dont end up throwing us into collections.
