I chatted online with a Xfinity representative on October 27th about cancelling my account (internet and tv) effective October 31st. I received a confirmation email saying that Xfinity had received my cancellation request on October 27th. When I checked my account today (November 5th) it shows that my service is still active and that I will be billed for the next month.
Why is this happening? I will be filing a complaint with the FTC if this is not resolved.
