Have been a comcast customer for 20 years. Finally switched to DirecTV a few years ago due to consistently higher bills and just kept internet/phone with Comcast. Two years ago my bill including taxes was $55. This past year with taxes it was $72. Now it will be $104. When I called, they offered me $5 off to take it to $99.
I couldn't take it anymore and set a cancellation date. Although I would be fine with staying, I can't believe how little Comcast values current and long-time customers.
