I have paperless billing. I received a text that my bill is due May 5 an amount they quoted is $29 more than last month. Only 2 months ago they increased it to $58. I am not paying this much for a home computer! I hope this is a mistake. How do I talk to someone? They want you to use 'chat' but that doesn't work it just refers you to another place that doesn't help. I think they are a robot.
