Can't pay bill??

Can't pay bill??

I got an email recently about a bill that I need to pay, but when I access the bill online and click on the payment button, it just takes me back to my Account Info. I recently cancelled our service, a few days before I received the email, so maybe that has something to do with it? Also, the customer service rep on the phone said the bill should only be about $10 pro-rated, but the email says it's still $118. 

 

I'd like to pay it as soon as possible, thanks for the help!
