I've always downloaded a PDF of my statement for my records, but now "View Bill" only takes me to a page for paying my bill. I can't find a way to access my current or past statement PDFs. What happened?

This sometimes happens to me when I follow the "View Bill Details" link and click "Print/Save Statement (PDF)". When it does, I go to the "View Bill History" link on the main Billing page, and click the "View PDF" link on https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/past-statements. That usually works, but sometimes I just have to wait a day or two until Billing gets its act together.
Thanks nickp1. I know about waiting a day or two for the PDF, but it's been 4 days since I got the "Your bill is ready to view" email. And I can't get to the "View Bill Details" link -- the only option I see is "Pay your bill". No access to statements, and this is something new just this month.
