Can someone please fix my auto payment discount and prorate for the months I wasn't discounted for?

Can someone please fix my auto payment discount and prorate for the months I wasn't discounted for?

I've had auto payment and paperless billing setup on my account now for well over a year, and I'm not sure when the discount stopped applying.  Could you please fix this issue, and prorate my account with a credit to compensate for the months it stopped being discounted?
