COVID 19 Payment Arrangements?

Over the past week, I've contacted comcast 10 times. Saturday an agent I spoke to after almost an hour on hold told me that if I made a $50 payment today, friday, my service wouldn't be interrupted. I keep getting emails saying my service will be terminated 8/1 due to nonpayment. I've called the 1800XFINITY line more times than I can keep track of- most of the time I can't sit here an hour and wait for someone to talk to so I end up hanging up. I finally get through today to an agent using the callback feature. he tells me that he needs to transfer me to billing. whatever I've already waited over an hour whats a little longer. I finally talk to an agent and the call disconnects when she sends me a verification code. She didn't even try to call me back. I've already tried talking to comcastcares on twitter, they are absolutely no help. I've used all my minutes for the next two weeks waiting to talk to someone on the phone. please help me. I need to make a payment arrangement.
