I'm just now entering into the second year of a 2 year contract with Xfinity and just received a $26 increase in my bill.

At the time of the purchase I was informed that my bundled services aside from other fees would remain intact for the duration of the contract.

Has this happened to anyone else??

Called Customer Service for an explanation, no help at all.

Also, does anyone know where I can get contract information on line???

Did you have a promotion that expired after one year?

Under Bundled Sevices on my statement it shows that my contract was for a 2 year, 24 month term contract at a fixed bundled rate of $119.99. 

My latest statement shows an increase to $144.99 ???
