My bundle discount just completely disappeared. My bill increased almost 50%! What's going on? I need help please.

Found my discount terms, they did expire. Also found out I was told at time I only had to talk to retention depth to reinstate them. Not sure if they "exagerated", but I'll follow up to see what I can do. Do you know a ph# for retention? Or do I have to go thru CS.
