Hello...Can you tell me how my condo management company can access reports from Comcast regarding pricing, number of connections, seasonal disconnects etc. I'm told this can be done but I don't know how. I am the president of our association.

Typically, the HOA would have a local contact there that is assigned to the account and would be the point person for the bulk account's equipment and promotional offer.
