I know this has been asked before, but the results are not visible. I am looking to make changes to my condo association's bulk account with Comcast. I have created tickets and waited to be contacted, to no avail. There does not seem to be any direct way to contact any employees who deal with bulk account services. Is anyone able to offer any solutions? Many thanks!
