not sure if Comcast employees still frequent this forum, but i'm hoping for help. Two years ago, i signed up for a Blast Pro, internet only, agreement that is set to expire in March. i thought i'd be proactive and see if i can renew that same agreement for another 2 years. (else, i have time to look elsewhere for other options)
thanks for any thoughts from anyone from Comcast or other customers who have had success maintaining their previous contract rates.
