I have an issue with my bill and cannot get to speak with an agent over the phone or here, so until I can speak to someone, I am paying the same amount I have been paying over the last few months. There have been no changes to my account but the bill went up 26.45.  My plan says I get 1 tv box free (with the plan), but am being charged for the DVR and a tv box.  I only have 2 tv's so the second one is supposed to be free.  Plus, I spoke with an agent and she told me that she was going to fix it to make the cost lower and take off the tv box charge and I would never have to call in again.  Well that last for about 3 or 4 months, now it is back to the same thing again.  When I can speak with an agent we can get this cleared up, but have spent over 2 hours and several calls, and haven't been able to speak with anyone yet.  So would love to get this taken care of.  I removed my autopay due to this and would like to reinstate it.
