My bill went up by $50.41...I called Customer Service and the phone disconnects after redirecting to chat, you go to Chat and no chat is available "at this time", you go to Text and they don't give you a through option to speak to an agent. What is a working phone number I can call to rectify this billing error?
I just got through and spoke to someone...try calling the Corp Headquarters number in Philidelphia, PA. It will be an automated system, say it's a billing issue and then that you want to add a service...it will put you into a calling queue. I opted for a call back and they called me back within, literally, one second.
