The credit I was suppose to ahve on my Feb. bill has been delayed until March . Thats if they honor that. Every time I contact them I get the same run around . You can not trust anything they say. Last Tech appointment was a no show , and now supposed delay in credit to my account .  Nice customer service . Just be sure you get everything they tell you down in writing , via e-mail. They always try to change what they have told you.

Since you have filed a complaint with the FCC there is nothing anyone associated with the Forums can do to help you; you wll have to wait until an agent contacts you.
