Billing went up again after a year same game different year

Been a loyal customer since 1993. I'm getting tired of calling every 1 to 2 years to keep my bill the same or lower than what I'm currently paying. My bill went up $27 this month and I called to renegotiate my services. For the first time nobody wants to work with me over the phone. I have always been successful in the past with getting my payment lowered with same services if not better for a lower cost.  Yes I want the same services but not at a higher rate.  Is this the year I need to look for another company to service my internet, tv, phone needs? I'm very disappointed with my phone conversations this year and the unwillingness to help me.
