Anyone have issues where they quote you one number with the exact service you have and then 24hrs later change that number? I was told and confirmed 229 a month with the exact service I previously had. Fast forward 24hrs, I exchanged a modem and cable box, both were outdated and the cable box was having issues. Go to activate my new box and it wouldnt. After 2 hours of being in the phone of the none service department, I went to exchange the new box. I was told by the person that I no longer have DVR service and I need to pay an extra 10 a month for DVR service. I leave and call the none support team AGAIN. They told me it was a mistake in their end and I still have to pay the extra 10 even though we agreed to the 229 a month. How can they do this and get away with it?
