I signed up for service December 20. The line is supposed to be installed January 20, which means I don't have service. I paid $100 on December 20 and then was billed $116.22, which I paid January 11. So I have paid $216.22 already even though I don't have service. I've contacted Comcast 3 times trying to get it corrected, and each time I was assured it was. Then today I get a bill for $318.50.
I still don't have service yet. How do I get someone competent to fix this mess? I'm thinking about taking everything back to the xfinity store and cancelling the whole thing.
