Billing overcharge

Why does my new bill show a charge for Acorn tv when I'm on a 30-day FREE trial period? Should I subtract the charge when I pay the bill, or will I get credited on next month's bill after I cancel Acorn before the 30 days is up??

(btw, tried to use 'chat' to answer this, and it is worthless!)
