dI have been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for over 15 years at my current address, and more at previous addresses! For the first time - as far as I can recall - I have been charged $70 for technical services that I don't agree with. The technician has claimed over one hour at my House repairing some wiring!! He was here for perhaps 20 minutes total... 10 minutes inside the house asking me about my setup, and 10 minutes outside the house checking our cable connections. I would like assistance with this charge that I do not consider legitimate... Any and all help would be appreciated.
