Hi, I was overcharged for March. I called CS and they said they will do something like charging me less in the next few months as a refund. Up until now I have been billed the full amount.
I can't get in contact with any CS because it goes round and round in a loop linking me to contact links that don't work.
This is frustrating. Please help.
