Billing issues overcharged for two addresses after transfer for 3 months
Hello I’ve been calling Comcast for over a month to receive and credit or my money refunded. I’ve been paying a bill for my old and new address for over 3 months. Once u finally realized my bill just kept getting higher and higher I had to call. I’ve submitted a dispute 3 times within the past 30 days including today and the issue still isn’t resolved nor have I received my credit or reimbursement. I’m getting to the point to where I feel like I need to reach out to the VP because this issue still isn’t resolved and this is the 3rd person that said they are getting it fixed, but still no resolution.
