Hello, I’m trying to pay my past due bill currently; I received and email saying I would need to pay $54 in order to keep my internet services on. It’s been a struggle and I can’t pay more than 54 right now, and the rest in the next few days. However when i checked online, it said it would require all past due balances to be paid in full. I simply can’t do that right away, but want to continue with my internet service ea rather than switch to a cheaper provider. Please let me know how to move forward
