I was promised (and confirmed via email) a price for the Blast Plus plan, but my latest bill reflects a price that is $10 more. All I would like is for the promised price to be honored. After two phone separate calls, where the agent said he/she saw the price that was promised, and was going to adjust the price, still, no changes have occurred on my account to reflect the accurate price.
Does anyone have a suggestion on a different department I should be speaking with, perhaps? I don't know why the promises are not being fulfilled.
