Hello, I called Comcast on 1/16 to try to downsize my service from cable/Internet/phone to cable and internet. I spoke with two different reps and I believe I got two separate not equal answers. The first rep told me I could downsize channels and only lose one. I have lost two, and one she assured me I would not lose, I was ok with the other one. The reps also gave me two different amounts for the change in my bill. I'm on a fixed income and need to get this fixed, I cannot keep paying creeping charges every other month it seems. I have been told several times I can't make changes to my acct as I'm still in my promotional price, however I was told today my promotional price ended April 2017. All I want are the channels I had, cable with internet and DVR, NO phone. I have no clue what package I have, or had, possibly digital preferred? Can anyone help?
