For 9 days of got the run around over a 2013 bill that was settled with collection agency now Comcast says no not good enough who can help me resolve the issue of spoke to some who has locked up the account but he was no help telling me he had to wait for the collection agency to contact him that could be 60 days even though I sent him the documents like I was asked
