Billing & Unauthorized Payments

I would like to speak with someone who can explain to my why Xfinity made a withdrawal from my checking account outside of the billing cycle and without my consent.  


I tried having you call me but my service went out because it is raining.  I called you on my cell phone and the person I was speaking to hung up on me.  


I am, frankly, tired of the poor customer service and avoidence tactics your company uses to deal with the mistakes you make.
