Billing Update

Earlier this month I removed Instant TV from my service plan, but I’m still being charged for it. I got rid of it before the free promo for it expired this year, because I have no need for it and watch all my media on the internet.

I was told that my bill would be updated to the appropriate charge (Internet only), but nothing has changed. Is there a way to fix this or will I have to pay for something I haven’t used?
