Billing Issues

Hi, after incurring data overage for Internet, I contacted Comcast & requested to be rebundled. My account was not changed until I called back and after speaking with 3 other people, I spoke with a supervisor who changed my plan. I now how a high bill and can not not only get any reasonable adjustments but Comcast will not allow me to make a payment arrangement that’s convenient for me. Help!
