Billing -- Comcast please respond

I am having a terrible time with billing and can't get anyone that speaks English and understands. I renegotiated my LONG STANDING contract, over 30 years, with Comcast, and sent the I ACCEPT back, and the agent on Comcast end did not finalize. When I got my bill it was wrong, and I was told to pay a certain amount, which I did. Then, comes the next bill. It was still the higher price PLUS the amount I didn't pay on previous bill. Called and spoke to someone named "Tezla" who said she fixed it, and for me to pay $234.88, which I did, but the old amount is still showing. Spoke to someone again and said someone would call me back, a supervisor, but they never did.

About ready to end our long term relationship and go elsewhere. I pay my bill on time every month, and would appreciate some respect and assistance.
