Billing Adjustment

Hello,

I have signed up for Xfinity home internet service in December of 2019. A Tech was supposed to come and connect my services external connections. I have contacted Xfinity (please refer to support tickets for 2840924) asking for help and waited, waited, and waited for a Tech to show up to connect the external wires outside of my apartment. The Tech finally showed up in middle of April. I am requesting my bills to be fully readjusted with credit for the months I paid for and had no service. Only partial adjustment was made. Please let me know if this is the place I should be requesting this adjustment or do I need to request this through public Facebook comment.

Thank you,
Kamal
