Billed twice every month!

Why do I get billed twice every month. I’ve complained but no results. I stopped paying one bill and that didn’t work. When I try to put the same email account it won’t take it. I’m owed a lot of money from all the double billing. I need someone to fix this NOW.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I am not an employee and they have never answer. They just keep charging double.

No one said you were an employee.  That said that I have notified a Corporate Employee of your issue, and that they will respond here.
