Billed more for a higher speed (never asked for it, never got it, but billed for it)?
I've always been on 8Mbps plan. Transferred something and did speed testing this afternoon and just now, still 8Mbps.
However, noticed a suddeny change in my last month's bill and upon further checking was billed for 15Mbps. I've never asked for any upgrade nor did I ever got anything beyond 8Mbps on my connection. So it is obvious a billing error.
"Customer service" doesn't seem to know what they are talking about and flipped around numbers like 25Mbps out of no where (I never got that, never billed for that, not sure where they pulled that out when I asked for help to correct the billing error).
Would appreciate any help on how should I proceed.
