Billed in full after cancelling account last month

After finding out I was going to be moving, I had to cancel my Xfinity service which I did in early March with the end date of March 31st. I received an email confirming, and a confirmation number from the account person helping me cancel the account. I was told to pay my final bill and the difference would be credited to me in the final bill.

 

Final bill came, but its for the full amount and says it is for April 15 - May 15. I don't even live at the service address anymore and as of this morning I can no longer log into the billing system to look at it.

 

What are the next steps? I really don't have time to spend two hours on the phone with billing to correct the systems mistake.

I still haven't been able to reach Comcast billing for this issue. I am unable to view the bill, and I never got an adjusted bill like I was told I would. I had several years of great service with Comcast but frankly this has all gone pear-shaped during this cancellation. Hope we can resolve this soon.
